Soak a cup of black or white sesame seeds in 2 cups of water overnight.

Rinse and drain the seeds in the morning, place in a high speed blender with 5 cups of fresh filtered water and 1/4 tsp of Himalayan sea salt and blend for 1 min. Strain through a dense sieve or a cheese cloth, and keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.

You can add one date or 1 tsp. of stevia and few drops of vanilla extract to make a sweeter version of the mylk.

You can use this mylk to make colourful crepes and pancakes or even ice creams.
